How we manage your home

  • Guests and pricing

Listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO and our own booking site. We set prices daily using dynamic pricing software that tracks demand in your area.

  • Cleaning and the home

Our own cleaners turn the home after every guest, linen is laundered in-house, and the home is checked each time a cleaner visits.

  • Repairs

Trusted tradespeople. Urgent or unsafe repairs go ahead up to an agreed limit. Above that limit, we ask you first.

  • Reporting

Your owner portal shows bookings and income as they happen, and a monthly statement shows what the home earned and what it cost.

Why guests come to Cambridge

Cambridge draws visitors all year: rowing and paddling regattas on Lake Karapiro, track cycling at the velodrome, riders on the Te Awa river ride, equestrian events, weddings, and travellers heading on to Hobbiton. Families and work crews book for weeks too.

Guests want a whole home close to the town centre, with room for the family and a kitchen. That is the kind of home we list.

Homes we list in Cambridge

We list 2 to 6 bedroom homes. Our preference is 3 and 4 bedrooms, furnished or ready to furnish. If a home is not a fit, we tell you straight.

If your home is in a body corporate, check its rules allow short stays before you call us.

What it costs

Our fee is 20% of accommodation revenue after booking commission, GST included. Guests pay the cleaning fee, so cleaning and laundry do not come out of your income. There is no setup fee, and professional photos and the listing set-up are on us.

You pay the running costs of the home: power, internet, rates and insurance, plus repairs.

What to expect

Our homes average 75% occupancy or better. Homes differ with size, location and presentation, so at the appraisal we show you what similar homes we manage earn, set against what your home would rent for long term.
